Hello fellow classmates,

My topic is Criminal Justice!

What do I want to know more about my field of study? Why?

I want to know more about the whole topic in general. I understand that criminal justice is ultimately for law enforcement, whether its being a police officer or Homeland security, I want to know all the aspects and what  I can gain from that study!

Does this topic have a place in politics, the environment, economy, or another broad subject?

My study has a lot to do with politics, even though its not directly, it enforces laws that political figures have set. Law enforcers has had it hard recently due to the new environment we are in today, especially when they are trying to control it. I don't think criminal justices has much of a place in the economy.

How can your topic be interdisciplinary? In other words, how can your topic fit in with subjects other than your specific field?

Criminal Justice can fit in with law studies or forensic science because they all revolve one general thing, Law enforcement.

What details will you use to inform your audience? Where do these details come from?

I would inform the audience of the main purpose of the topic and what the topic does in todays society day to day. These details will come from articles found in newspapers and libraries.

If there any questions please don't hesitate to ask or if some can shine some light on what more I want to learn that would be great!

What is your ultimate goal when you finish your criminal justice degree? There are so many options such as law enforcement officer, investigator, air marshal, judge, and prosecutor. What specific questions do you need to answer so you can better understand the field of study? I think brainstorming why this degree is important to you and finding the information gaps will give you a more focused vision.
