Professional Power Point Presentation.

Last week you identified three organizational communication challenges and suggested three strategies to overcome these challenges. This week you will extend your emailed proposal into a professional Power Point Presentation (PPT). Complete your assigned readings (paying close attention to the content from Chapter 14), review learning resources on creating effective slides, and develop your presentation extending your ideas and supporting them with research. Place the bulk of your text in Speaker Notes area and use bullet format for actual slides.

When completed, save in Notes format. Your submission will be graded for professional images used, accurate documentation of research, strong writing, and visually appealing slides using the Grading Rubric (attached).

The following slides should be included:

· Title slide

· Introduction slide

· Three slides for each of the identified challenges

· Three slides for each of the proposed strategies

· Conclusion slide

· References slide (all images and sources used must be cited and referenced)

Speaker Notes are a part of your grading rubric for this assignment and must be included. Check out these useful videos that show you how to utilize Speaker Notes in a PowerPoint and in Keynote. You should rely heavily on Speaker Notes, which means you'll need to put that majority of your content there, and not on actual slides:

To save your PPT accurately, go to File – Print.. – (under Layout) select Notes – (bottom left-hand corner under PDF) - Save as PDF – give the file a name and save where you can easily locate it.
