Remodeling a Kitchen:

The report shows the details of the activity scheduling and work breakdown structure. It also includes the cost regarding the renovation work of the Kitchen. The work packages which are identified WBS are electrical works, painting, plumbing works, and carpentry works. The activities and work breakdown structure have been explained below.

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):

A work breakdown structure refers to the hierarchical decomposition of work that is executed by the team in order to develop the objectives of the project and make the needed deliverables. It is a cornerstone for the project which includes controlling, reporting, execution, and monitoring. The work in WBS is scheduled, budgeted, estimated, and identified.
