One would be creating the right culture. It is always advisable that one should find employees who would feel a strong bond with the organization and engage in creating an environment which is able to make them feel wanted and attracted all the time. The company culture should match the type of employees hired (Ramlall, 2013). Also, one should hire the right employees. This demands that as a manager one should do some screening as he or she looks for signs that he has a job-hopper. Always find someone who is interested in growing with the company, not a person who is always hoping jobs.
Training employees adds to employee retention. Any business willing to keep its employees for longer should ensure that they offer employee training as a way of investing in their worker's careers. Moreover, they should provide guidance whereby all workers should be aware of their duties and how they ought to be performed in an attempt to reduce over-supervision and unnecessary mistakes (Renner et al., 2019). Also, the pay should be reasonable to make sure that employees do not leap from one company to another just to have a 10 to 20 percent salary increment which most consider attractive. Other factors which could be considered are offering benefits, being flexible, and provision of unique perks.

The employees those who are want to be a part of the company, the organizations were used to motivate the employees to reach their goals and objectives of the company. Generally, every employee has their unique goals and strategies that are used to build up the companies’ competitiveness. If a company selects or appoints a new employee, they not only learn about the job but also know the culture of the company. The authority of the company uses to pair a new employee to the mentor is a great idea for achieving their objectives. The companies can offer extensive compensation packages in the competitive labor market is essentially requires employee’s compensation(Sinha & Sinha, 2012). The employees should recognize all the benefits and requirements that are used to increase the competitiveness of the company. The employees in the organization will work together due to the implementation of fostering teamwork can easily achieve the goals and objectives of the company. The advantage of employee retention is due to reducing acquisition and training time. In organization hiring of new qualified and skilled employees will take time.
