1. Compare a type of Virtualisation between the top 3 market players.

a. Justify your choice of the top 3 market players.

b. The comparison MUST be quantitative – install software, run benchmarking tools, analyse the numeric data collected.

c. The selection of the benchmarking utility/tool MUST be based on a review of papers published in journals / conferences.

d. Write a section about the security concerns of the products compared.

Project Proposal due by 0900, day of class in Week 3 – Formative assessment, not graded.

Project Report – due as per CA schedule

IEEE Conference Style, max 8 pages, total 85%. The report should contain the following five sections:

1. Problem Definition and Background – 10%

2. Literature Review – 15%

3. Experiment – 30%

4. Security section – 10%

5. Analysis and Conclusion – 10%

Documentation Quality and References – 10%

Presentation – due as per CA schedule

PowerPoint – 15%
