The HALLIE online catalog provides information about books, journals, audiovisual materials, sound recordings, and many other formats that the library owns or provides access to.

Basic keyword, title, author, and subject searches can be done from this page. For more advanced searches, use the advanced search option.
You can log into your (My Library Record) to check the status of materials checked out or requested, renew items, check fines, and cancel requests.
If Central State does not have what you’re looking for, search the OhioLINK library catalog.

There are 121 academic libraries in OhioLINK allowing students and faculty access to millions of academic materials and resources.
Registered users at OhioLINK member libraries may request items through the OhioLINK catalog.

Requesting books through ohiolink
Locate the item in the OhioLINK catalog. Only items with the status available can be requested. Click the green request button.

Enter name and barcode and select pick up location.
Remember, you can’t pick up items at CSU right now
Research databases
OhioLINK member libraries can access more than 125 electronic research databases covering many academic subjects.

Have an updated account in the library system
Off-campus access to the research databases requires authentication.
Choose the click here link at the end of the database description to authenticate.
Choose Central State and enter the required information (name and barcode)

Print, email, save, cite or export a single result from the detailed record.
To print, email, save, or export multiple results, add them to the folder, then click the appropriate icon inside the folder.
