Part Six - External and Internal Factors That Are or Will Impact Recruitment and Selection Practices
In completing part six of the assignment, teams should refer to Wagner Industries and:
a.Discuss five external or internal factors that are currently influencing (or will influence) the work and practices of recruiters in the coming years. In answering this question, teams must:

NOTE: In answering part six, students should use information from at least four sources of material (see the guidelines on page 1). Students should contact the instructor if they have questions about a source of material that they would like to use.
Information and concepts from the sources must be cited in the answer and included in a reference list which is placed immediately after the answer. Teams should follow APA formatting standards in citing sources in the answer and reference list.

o Reason for choosing the test for assessing applicants for the Director of Human Resources position
o Overview of the activities or kinds of questions that the applicant would undertake in completing the screening test

Students should contact the instructor if they have questions about a source of material that they would like to use.
NOTE: Information and concepts from the sources must be cited in the answer and included in a reference list which must be placed immediately after the answer.
Teams should follow APA formatting standards in citing sources in the answer and reference list.
