TEAM PERFORMANCE REPORTING
Introduction
In any project being executed, the project team must report their operations to the project stakeholders. Reporting is part of communication that enables people to work together and advance their operations. The information below will entail the performance reporting of the project
Performance Reporting
The project reports will include the organization itself, the nature of operations, and what the project aims to achieve. Other information includes statistical analysis of the organization, project financial data, and projected data. The presentations will also include what the project team has completed and the next objective the project will be working on. The project stakeholders will also want to know what resources have been used (Corman et al., 2019). Once the project has been implemented, the project stakeholders will want to know how economical the project is. Tables and charts will be used in the project to describe these activities with ease. All persons, including persons who have no clue about information systems, will know the project's implementation. In the evaluation phase, the project team will not communicate their results but will keep looking for defects in the project. The project members will critically evaluate the project, and once the evaluation is complete, the report will be submitted to the project stakeholders.
The project team will ensure confidentiality as only approved information will be disseminated to the public. Information regarding the project activities will be presented with much prudence. Moreover, the organization will ensure that the final report will be included in the organization's financial statement, including the project finances. The project manager can be called upon to communicate the organization's activities at all times. Moreover, the reports will use simple language that is understandable (Zhang, 2019). Accounting principles will be used to report the budgets. Issues that are material will be disclosed to the management. The project will only communicate with the communication manager. All queries and concerns about the project will be forwarded to the project manager, who has the duty of reporting information.
The project secretary will collect data, and then the project manager will go through the report and bring about the proper project results (Zhang, 2019).
