The importance of empowerment is very critical in a relationship that it is created with all around trust. Empowerment is not instantaneous hat it has to take time to develop which will then give the person a choice of seeing recognized by the work ethic or the empowerment of one work. When there is an individual that is empowered whether it is a police officer or a seating hostess, they will be happy with their work, have a positive attitude, and also have better service to the customers in which they are serving or protecting within the community.

There is the job satisfaction that goes with empowerment that when the individua is not happy they are not very productive but rather have a lack of motivation or then a poor performance because of no empowerment. Empowerment has a formula which consists of four elements which the empowerment of the participation, the delegate, the capitalization, and as stated in the beginning, trust. In the formula of the empowerment trust is the moral duty that is part of fundamentally importance in the formula. The delegation is the wheel that drives the empowerment that without delegation there is no empowerment that the organization can not function without it. When participation is encouraged there are some good reason for them to be involved as they give good work vibes. When there is capitalization that is being recognition by another such as an employer they will discover more and then learn the uniqueness as well as the possibly of gaining through the capitalization of it.

Over all the value and importance of empowerment is very important in the values of the one that these contribute to making the policing a better way in perforamace of law enforcement.
