Business Mission Statement

AmerisBrunswig is a pharmaceutical company in the US that delivers healthcare and pharmaceutical products, solutions and services. The company provides these services and solutions to hospitals, nursing homes, and drugstores across the United States. The mission statement describes its marketing environment, benefits for the current and potential customers and targets the intended markets. The company’s mission is to build value for its shareholders by delivering healthcare and pharmaceutical products, solutions, and services in both costs efficient and innovative ways. To meet and realize this mission, the company is setting high standards in reliability, services, and cost containment and safety in our industry.

The mission statement combines both values that indenture of bringing market success to the company. The attribute is to the wellbeing of the consumers. The organization dedicates most of its resources to exceptional treatment to the customers. The mission is to ensure that the products in the market are of high quality and explaining where they sell. The distribution channels such as the hospitals, who are the primary customers, are used by the company to reach the broader market. The company provides the customers all the information they need to know about the products. The prices are affordable with the products and services being of high quality and competitive as well.

The mission shows the openness of the company about the products and services provided to the customers. The mission indicates the organization's high levels of integrity, interdependence, and collaboration with the market (Sivadas & Dwyer, 2000). This would attract other customers to the target market to test and use their products. Moreover, the company is set to ensure that its clients are living a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the organization aims at staying ahead of the competition in the market. The company intends on maintaining the corporate image of the business.

The mission of the HR is to support the company’s goal of personal care, customer, and medical supply products delivering high-quality products, extraordinary services as well as innovative ideas and products. The company pledges to provide customized customer service in building unconditional trust to its customers. Our mission is to achieve a robust corporate culture through employees’ commitment to the corporate values. Above all, is providing our employees with the same concern, respect and caring attitude in the organization as they share the same externally.

For the first sample, it is short but contains strong statements. With it being easy and quick to read, it impacts its overall strength of effectiveness. Few points are passed across, but the mission statement holds information that people would want to know up front. However, it does not inform on how the company views it, employees. Treatment of employees influences the corporate culture in organizations (Stewart, & Brown, 2015). For the second sample, it adequately talks about the mission of the company as well as its employee treatment. It holds essential information about the company. For the third sample, it's a good mission statement. However, it doesn't seem to be a statement. Instead, it points out the values of the company.
