Unit 2 Checklist-Review the following requirements before submitting the Unit 2 assignment for grading:

· I used the template.

· I added my name

· I added a title.

· I left the questions on the template.

· Entire document is Times New Roman, 12 font, and black color.

· I removed all the information near the bottom that was embedded as student information only (Look at highlighted areas in yellow and reference examples).

· My entire document is double spaced.

· Numbers 1-9 are written out. Numbers 10 and higher are noted as numerical values.

· I added page numbers to the upper right corner of each page.

· I added just a number and not the word page.

· I embedded in-text citations from the websites utilized.

· I have added formatted references for those in-text citations that I used in my discussion on the reference page.

· My references are formatted according to APA (See examples I sent to your email).

· I used the heading References. Yes, with an s (This is the only word to use. DO not use Works Cited).

· My reference page starts on a new page.

· I reviewed the documents that Dr. Jeff sent to my email, including using in-text citations and proper formatting for the two websites.

· I understand Program Accreditation. If not, please research this term. It’s essential understanding in Healthcare.

· I embedded the name of the accreditation with a brief one or two sentence summary. If there are no programmatic accreditations, I noted that in my discussion.
