The topic to be done by me for my research paper is going to be the behavior of employees in a company both in the motivational and communicative fields. The idea is to treat in depth the ways in which large companies motivate their employees and how they do to maintain that over time, as well as how the same employees influence the ways of communicating both between people who occupy the same positions as Between a manager and a subject.
It will seek to compare, analyze and see which methods of motivation are the best, in addition to seeing the type of communication used in companies and whether it influences (or not) the motivation of employees and, finally, if it influences their behavior final.
