Topic:
Once you have selected one of following companies（computershare, virgin Australia, billabong, foster’s group, bluescope）, you are required to undertake and produce a strategic report that addresses the following three (3) questions:
1. To what extent does the organisation's strategy address the Triple Bottom Line?
2. How has the company positioned itself through its strategy? Include a visual representation.
3. 3. What internal stimuli have influenced the organisation to adopt this positioning?
Business strategy concepts, theories, models and tools covered in next five document, must be used to address each of the three questions and to justify your analysis.
Please note:
Books, newspaper reports, company annual reports and IBISworld reports may be used to support arguments and analysis. However, academic journal articles must form the key underpinnings of your analysis.
A minimum of 12 sources with at least 9 citations from our weekly reading list are required. Students are to follow the APA referencing method
