As we wrap up the project, we will now make recommendations on how to finance the recommended strategies from Tool Eleven.
Tool Twelve
For this tool, you will make 10 financing recommendations. Create a chart using the recommendations from Tool 11 and recommend a financing option.
Figuring out how to ‘pay’ for strategic implementation, is not something to be taken lightly. Most strategic moves are expensive and make or break an organization. Be sure you are not putting too much of a financial burden on the organization.
Remember, people’s families and livelihoods rest with the organization's ability to carryout your recommendations.

Recommended Strategy: Utilize our large R&D spending to focus on 5G communication technology to ensure we have first mover advantage in this area of communication.
How Financed: 5G communication is going to create a lasting impact on the economy once it becomes mainstream. Because of this, we should spend a substantial amount of our gross profits to ensure we invest in this area of the economy. In 2017, we spend over 13 billion dollars on Research and development. We should allocate roughly 10% of 2018’s resources towards the implementation.
