This week, you will be participating in DB5.  Longevity in ministry, especially youth ministry, happens to be a soapbox topic for me, not because I did it right, but because I did not learn early on how crucial it is that we stay long enough to make a genuine difference.  Make sure that you talk about the benefits of longevity in youth ministry and what it takes to achieve it. 

We are halfway through this course.  Keep pressing forward!  (Are you working on getting your interviews scheduled and completed?  Remember, that paper is worth 200 points.)

As I have been reading your DB posts, it seems that some of you are not reading my posts in the discussion board because you are not going the direction in which I am trying to guide the discussions.  My posts are very short, but very important and your grades will reflect whether or not you are following my lead.
