THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA

What social media tools do you use and why?

I use a lot of tools:

· Facebook - connecting with family sort of...updating major life events.

· Instagram - daily glance or keeping in touch with people without having to talk to them.

· LinkedIn - to boost my job search, network

· Snapchat - mostly the filters to be perfectly honest.

How do you use social media to support your personal brand?

I only use LinkedIn to boost my personal brand by fluffing up my resume and putting the most business appropriate representation of myself.

Mostly, I try to ensure my accounts are private, and if applicable, also discrete so it's questionable whether it's even my profile.

For example, take my instagram profile: no full name, not my picture and private setting.

Is there one social media method you prefer over another and why

I prefer instagram. I don't like having to talk to start too many conversations.
