Test #3 Chapter 4

You must submit your handwritten work for this test to your instructor (show all your work including the final answer).  Your problems  must be numbered.

You may take a picture of your work with your smart phone or scan your work & submit through your Canvas site. 

You only have 24 hrs after you complete this test to submit your handwritten work.  No Work = No Credit. 

Instructors have the option of giving the student a score of 0% if work is not submitted within the 24 hr time frame.

You must submit work for problems 2, 3, 5 (show work for finding slope), and 6 for the Chapter 4 test.

You must complete the test in one sitting.  There is no "save for later" option.
