Women’s rights and access to abortion services

My research paper will focus on women’s rights and their access to abortion services in United States and in Texas. Actually, abortion was made legal in Texas when Texas House Bill 3994 on January 1, 2016 went into effect. There are made few restrictions by the Federal judges, which clearly violate women’s constitutional rights. It is stopped giving medication abortion and women are being still aborted surgically after at least two visits.

Everyone in this earth have equal right to do whatever they want to do and however they want to live their lives. So no one should ban women aborting a child. Yes, of course a child also has right to get birth in this world, but basically a woman has to have the right to decide whether she wants the baby or not. This policy is really important in order to give women equal right as men.

The bill passed for the abortion laws should be implemented as soon as possible. It is said to be “in practice”, however people treat women who do abortion as a killer. First, the thinking of all people should be changed then only laws and rules will be effective.
