Due to some aspects in the organization, the organization decided on reducing the budget costs and as this would in a way affect the supply of some products and services in the company. This has been done in ensuring that the company reduces the budget costs from the previous budget. In that note it would therefore mean that some of the products such as the office supply would be cut from the earlier $2500 to $1100. Also the meals and entertainment expenses has been reduced to $1000 which was $1250 from the earlier budget. Equipment’s has also been reduced to $6500. However we have tried to maintain some of the services such as the subscriptions and marketing materials as this are essential to the success of the organization.
