Research in its definition refers to the invention of recently discovered information explaining a certain idea as well as employment of information that was available in manner which is recently discovered as well as imaginative method with an ultimate aim of bringing into existence of current conception, implementation of concepts discovered as well as comprehending the new information (Western Sidney University, 2018).
Research
Establishing suitable wellsprings of pieces of information purposely to reply CER queries might be difficult. However, with the capacity to get access to more pieces of information gives a better chance for responses to comparative effectiveness research queries, not having a greater extent of spending related to collecting pieces of information. There are several methods a business enterprise can use to acquire information which is essential for the smooth running of their business activities. Whereby, the interviews conducted provides information in detail from the questions subjected to the party under survey.
Another method of collecting data is through the acts of noting and recording of some events of certain people as well as an association of people through the observing the behaviors of the people, for instance, their facial appearance, the manner they talk and signs they use to communicate. The act of noting and recording is useful in instances where the party under survey has difficulty in communicating with the interviewer. Therefore the researcher to obtain data he has to prepare questions to ask the persons being targeted to obtain detailed data in a more technologized way by even using a computer to capture the data obtained or even use the ways the researcher using a pen and paper write down key information (Connell).
Analysis
Information that has been collected here is interpreted, which in essence refers to putting into practice, for instance, the methods for collecting data whereby, the information is surveyed for the aim of making an instructed decision. These steps to analyze the information obtained impacts in the business activities of a firm that is why it is required to be completed well. One of the method used to elucidate data include the description of the information in single statement using the interrogations conducted by asking questions a group of people and capturing the information in detail form and a descriptive manner and secondly out of the face to face conversation with individuals query replies are collected together to form a subject (Lebied, 2018).
Questions
Queries which arises in the research process a researcher can subject himself/herself include which method of data collection will be in the entire research? What are the possible challenges encountered during the research process? How will the challenges encountered be solved? Which are cost-effective methods to conduct the research?.
Conclusion
In conclusion, research is important as it provides responses to things that the researcher was not aware of, it also occupies the spaces fully learning as well as transforming the manner in which the employees of a company do their work. Also, the interviews help the researcher to be well conversant in the way in which people of a certain group under survey behaves and carry out their day to day activities.
