Directions • This document is to be used as a template for both:

o The end of the semester Training Plan o The Training intervention you will be conducting in class

• You must ensure that you cover all the sections included in this template • Full credit on this project will depend on both the completeness and

comprehensiveness of your training plan as stipulated by this exemplar. • Your introduction section should be no longer than one page • All other subsequent sections should be limited to 2 full pages. • You will notice that this template parallels the chapters in your text.

o References and information needed to complete these sections correctly can be found in the book and will be facilitated during our lecture sessions.

• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they are well read and informed of all the content and information needed (supplied in the text) in order to complete both projects.
