Progress Assessment:  You are certainly on track! I am confident that you will complete your project on time.

Issue Matrix:  This is a good start but I was expecting a table listing issues, description, priority level, responsible party, etc.

It is IMPORTANT that you not offer or imply solutions at this point in your issue descriptions (e.g., track downtime) – our focus is issues. Describe the problems but not how to solve them. Solutions come later in a subsequent step.

Best practices report:  This is another good start.  Be sure to use the references listed in the Project Descriptions document particularly the GAO report. Do not overlook ethical best practices.

Operational Improvement Report should address the key issues you identified in the issue matrix.  You might want to link your solutions with your identified issues.

Presentation- Suggest that you avoid wordy slides -- prefer short bullet lists, use images or tables if possible, have visual appeal and include a strong conclusion.

Please combine all of your deliverables into a single Word document except of course the PowerPoint presentation.

Be sure you meet all of the requirements for each step outlined for your project in the Project Descriptions document.  Take a particular careful look at the grading rubrics since that is how I will assess your project.
