What worked:
We did have the largest market share in the low end and traditional segments
We were net profit leaders through the first 3 years, and managed our finances relatively well throughout the game.
Did well in HR management.

Abandoning the high performance segment was a big mistake and cost us overall market share
We did not calculate demand well and production consistenly overshot capacity
