Major Assignment: Team Challenge Project/Presentation (15% of grade - 10 points for the Presentation; 5 points for Peer Evaluations)

Based on an understanding of the contributing factors for team effectiveness, and the recognition that teams don’t always function at the level the leader (and even the team) seeks, the class will have an opportunity to identify what it collectively believes are the most common (and most frustrating) challenges when leading teams.

After prioritizing the challenges and dividing the class into teams to address each challenge, you and your teammates will collaboratively analyze and propose recommended solutions. As a group assignment, all members need to contribute in a meaningful way.

Two-thirds of your project grade (10 points) will be based on the content of your presentation and notes, as well as the actual delivery of your 15-25 minute presentation.

One-third of your grade (5 points) will be determined by peer evaluations from your team members. **Please note: The Peer Evaluation portion is set up as separate assignment in Canvas.**

POST your Team Challenge presentation (with notes) in Canvas by NOON on 9/26. You will then DELIVER your presentation in class (online) on Monday, 9/26 between 6-10pm.

NOTE: All members must participate in delivery of the group presentation. There will be a 50% reduction of credit for any member that does not present. Submit Assignment
