The descriptive title of our paper will be Supply Market Analysis: Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics.

The purpose of our paper is to analyze the healthcare/pharmacy cold-chain logistics market and evaluate transportation providers, including DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare, McKesson, and UPS Healthcare, as well as produce a sourcing recommendation for pharmaceutical shippers to engage with due to market trends, financial health, cost structure, and competitive positioning.

Specific topic areas (subheadings) to be addressed include: Market Size, Industry Trends, Cost Structure, and Key Developments.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Ivory: Market size, Trends, Cost Structure, Key Developments.

· Jerald: Analyze at least 3 key players, Financial Health Evaluation, SWOT Analysis.

· Nimene: Porter's 5 Forces, Industry Trends, Price/Rate Outlook.

· Everyone: Review and edit final report.

The following are our meeting times and dates: Every Tuesday 7pm-9pm.

Our synchronous communication technology (i.e. live meetings) will be: Zoom / Teams.

Our asynchronous communication technology (i.e. not-live meetings) will be: Email / Canvas.

Our data/document sharing technology will be: Google Docs / OneDrive.

Our internal deadlines are as follows:
