In the final paper you should:
1. Provide a summary of your overall experience including reflection on your responsibilities as a TA and/or RA.
2. Specify how the experience has affected you academically and personally.
3. Provide suggestions you may have for improving or changing the TAP/RAP experience and TAP/RAP program.
4. Provide thoughts about how the new facility may be used to improve student-teacher interactions.
The paper should be at least 3 pages and no more than 5 pages in length
