Introduction
Eccovia has retained Corvidae Consulting’s services to gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of their database software currently in use by Domestic Violence (DV) Case Workers. The results of this survey will be used to better understand how the end user utilizes the ClientTrack software and how to cater the application to better suit their needs. The database system should be a tool that allows DV Case Workers to more efficiently allocate their time. All answers obtained in the survey will be kept anonymous and any identifying information will be removed prior to submitting the resulting analysis to Eccovia.
