1) Select 2 companies. Describe the products and services of each company.

2) Discuss how the selected companies achieve a balance between Supply chain arrangements and the customer service. What are the main characteristics of their supply chain? Identify the differences and similarities. What makes them unique in terms of supply chain?

3) How these 2 companies achieve excellent customer service through their supply chain strategies?

4) Describe each of the three parts of this SC

a. Supplies

b. Manufacturing or creation of services

c. Distribution channels

5) Make a critical analysis of each of them and of the supply chain as a whole
