The Research Objectives
The main objective of Sun Coast is the safety and welfare of its employees. Through the process of research, the organization will be able to obtain important information which will in one way or the other guarantee the welfare, health, and safety of the employees while at the same time making sure that injuries have been minimization of injuries at the worksite (Feldmann & Jackson, 2019). Sun Coast has been able to put together a team of experts who have come up with 6 safety and health concerns that greatly affect employees while at the site. This study will closely examine if there is a relationship between matter and the exposure, and the impact that these two entities have on the relativity of employees, to the health and size of employees, the level of noise, the level of training and lead poisoning.
The objective of the team is to make a comparison of the outdated safety data or modules with the safety training material that was newly formed. The safety training material determine the consistency and effectiveness of reducing the lost time, or the predictions pertaining to the training (Miller et al., 2018. The main objective of the organization is to test the condition of collected data, and concrete decisions made based on return investment concerning a variety of training and testing of the land sites (Zhan, 2019). The following are return investments that comprise the safety of the organization’s training program, the control monitoring, the quality of air, the water recovery program, and the soil outcome testing.
RO1: To determine variables that are related, between the health implication of employees and the size of the matter.
RO2: To determine if safety training is related to the time lost (hours)
RO3: To determine through the collected data whether it predicts the level of a healthy working environment.
RO4: To determine if the training program with constant revision is more actual.
RO5: To determine if the level of lead in the blood has increased among employees who work on the site.
RO6: To determine the existence of the control of return-on-investment within the provided services.
Research Questions and Hypotheses
After conducting a careful review on all the data collected, different questions have been formulated that correspond with the hypothesis for each question. The following are different research questions and hypothesis which will be of great help for the researcher to be able to achieve the desired results.
RQ1: What is the relationship between the variable that determine the size of the health implications of employees and particulate of matter?
H01: There is no significant correlation between the variable of particulate matter and the health implication of employees that is on decline.
HA1: There is a statistically significant correlation between the variable’s employee health implications of decline and the particulate matter size.
RQ2: What is the relationship that lies between the safety and training program expenses it relates with the lost time during the training hours?
H02: There is no significant correlation between the training expenses incurred and reducing the time lost in hours.
HA2: There is a significant correlation between the expenses of training and the reduction of lost hours.
RQ3: What is the relationship that lies between the healthy work environments and decibel level work environments.
H03: There is no significant correlation between the data that can determine if the decibel working environment are healthy before the actual placement of employees.
HA3: There us a significant relationship between the data that substantiates a healthy working environment that is free from decibel levels versus the environment that has been successfully surveyed with the levels of decibel before the arrival of employees to different sites.
RQ4: What is the relationship between the regular revision of and the effectiveness of the training program in contrary to the inadequate and outmoded training programs?
H04: There is no significant correlation between the regular revision of and the effectiveness of training programs.
HA4: There is a significant correlation between the regular revision of and the effectiveness of the training program in contrary to the outmoded and inadequate training programs.
RQ5: What is the relationship between the blood level of employees rising and the lead poisoning?
H05: There is no statistical correlation between the data collected which determines the rise of blood level in employees and lead poisoning.
HA5: There is a statistical correlation between the data collected that determines if there is a rise in employee’s blood level and lead poisoning.
RQ6: What is the relationship between the investment return and the services rendered and an increase in the financial gains?
H06: There is no statistical correlation that determines the investment return that is between the services rendered and evaluated to determine an increase in the financial gains.
HA6: There us a significant correlation between the demonstrations of the investment returns and the services and an evaluation done for an increase in financial gain.
