(Next there should be a Paragraph on this): Dr. Brown and I had a serious discussion and during the discussion we addressed certain areas such as Interdepartmental interaction, communications, team building activities and conflict resolution techniques, ethics and workplace diversity programming, proposed operational changes, and how these changes may impact operations and budgets.
(Next there should be Paragraphs & pages on this): Go on to talk about each topic in detail: interdepartmental interaction is .......team building activities are......resolution techniques are.....ethics is..... and so on.(explain and address each topic in detail-tell what it is, how it works, why it’s important in healthcare)
(Next there should be Paragraphs & pages on this): Begin writing about what was discussed in the interview process – I asked Dr. Brown how interdepartmental interaction was in her office. She indicated that.... then go on to do each topic in its own paragraph (each topic should have its own paragraph or two)
(I indicated paragraphs and pages-because remember this project is at a minimum 10 pages 12 maximum so you will need lots of research and information to make up 10-12 pages)
