Introduction:
This assignment is about analysing our own personal and leadership vision. Focusing on developing our ability to think deeply about our life and also it will help us to identify what is truly important in our life. This assignment will bring into focus that leadership vision will help a leader to build his career effectively.
This assignment covers following areas:
Vision statement:
It will show how the vision statement is important for a person how it acts as a guiding line of one’s personal life and professional growth.
Personal vision:
It will focus on personal values which are required to create a healthy future.
Professional vision:
It covers on professional skills, and how it helps to become an honest and impressive leader.
Leadership vision:
It will focus on personal as well as professional development to achieve the desired future.
Key points:
· Personal vision creates a picture or image of our future.
· The personal vision statement describes how one might move toward their future.
· Core values are important and essential.
· Leadership vision provides motivation and inspires us to move forward.
Our strong vision also makes our self as a role model. When our employees see that we have a clear vision in our life and career they will follow us. As a leader, we should inspire our employees with our leadership vision.
I view my career as effective and charismatic, with opportunities for challenge and success. Each and every day brings opportunities to build careers and to develop people.
· When I look into the future, I want to be a person were my children look with pride when they introduce me to their friends.
· I want to be the person who inspires others.
· I want to be the person where my children take me as their role model.
· I want to ensure that I have elevated a beautiful family.
Personal vision: My vision is to create a beautiful and healthy future for my family. I will develop myself to my greatest capacity to create a loveable environment for my family. I am a person who is positive and motivated and an example to others of that positivity and motivation, which comes from hard work. I lead a very simple lifestyle. To me, the family is the important thing. So that, my lifestyle includes plenty of time for family.
I personally believe that success comes your way if you know in which way to go for it.
Professional vision:
· My professional vision is to create an organization which reflects my character, relaxed yet focused I want to develop a work atmosphere in which my employees can accomplish their goals and dreams.
· As a leader, I will inspire my employees
· I will optimize the company and my employees to meet strategic goals
· I will consider my employee's ideas and perspective and will motivate by offering them a clear vision
· I believe in building relationships with my employees. I want to work with and around people
· I believe in passion, great passions lead to valuable professionals
Leadership vision:
My leadership vision is to lead by example as I am a motivated person and a hard worker, I will inspire others. I will respect each and every one of my employees.
I believe that I have the power to motivate anyone at anytime
As a leader, I have to inspire my employees I have to look forward to check where me and my organization are headed.
I should plan to increase the production for a well-developed organization.
Leadership vision helps a leader to prepare for their derived future.
Leadership vision will give motivation and will inspire me to reach my goals and dreams. I will help me to know what is important to achieve in life.
Conclusion:
As the above discussion of personal leadership vision, I conclude that having personal, professional and leadership vision is about looking forward. It is one of the best ways to improve ourselves. It is a kind of transformation we should think, what could be the better thing done by us and our organization. I want to be a great leader who can identify each flaw, who knows what needs to be changed? What needs to be improved.
By using our vision, we should manage our organization. Efficiently, as a leader, everyone should lead their team to a greater level. Everyone must be clear in their vision. Every leader should know how to improve their organization, as a leader, I will lead by example
