Introduction
Richard Branson once said that how well you treat your employees is the very same way they will treat your customers. The majority of corporate leaders do not fully comprehend the relationship between public relations and the success of their companies, (Masalimova & Nigmatov, 2015).
Thesis Statement:
Public relations and management training is very important for the success of any company in the corporate world. I aspire to become a corporate trainer on public relations and management, not only for personal benefits but also to facilitate the prosperity of various organizations.
· First Main Point: Corporate Environment
· Modern-day society is very emphatic in corporate jobs.
· There are very many opportunities in the corporate sector.
· Corporate businesses hold the largest proportion of global business ventures.
· Second Main Point: Public relations and corporate management.
· The majority of corporate managers are not keen on acquiring essential leadership skills to empower their subordinate staff, (Doorley & Garcia, 2015).
· Building a good relationship with customers and clients is key to the success of any organization.
· Good leadership and management skills are relevant to promote good public relations, (Masalimova & Nigmatov, 2015).
· Third Main Point: Personal Achievement
· A corporate trainer position is well-respected and recognized in the corporate world of business.
· Being a qualified corporate trainer would satisfy the desire of impacting a shift in the corporate world.
· The compensation and reward system for corporate trainers is very lucrative and would sufficiently cater for personal financial needs.
· A career in public relations and management is very flexible and would allow me to switch across various industries at will, (Theaker, 2016).
Conclusion
In conclusion, public relations and management skills are vital for the success of any corporate firm. It is necessary to consider the corporate environment in modern-day society, the current public relations, and management practices as well as personal aspirations in selecting a career path. Therefore, a career as a corporate trainer is worth pursuing, to promote good public relations and management practices in the corporate world, (Byrne, et.al., 2016).
