For businesses big and small, there is a growing reliance on digital technology, but as technological advancements occur at an increasingly rapid rate, the challenge becomes how best to keep up with these changes.

CDU’s Digital Upskilling courses have been developed specifically to bridge that gap, providing students with a timely and relevant digital skillset suited to both entry level and experienced IT professionals.

COURSE DESCRIPTION This course provides an introduction to the Python programming language including the basic control structures common across languages. The course introduces concepts and technologies associated with platform-independent, object-oriented programming. Students will combine practical experience using professional-standard Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) to build solutions with associated theoretical concepts.

COURSE OUTCOME Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement and a Digital Badge, a recognised online token validating the student’s accomplishments.
