My goal is moving from training specialist to training director.
· Specific:
· 1. Assist the training supervisor to draw up the training plan;
· 2. Understand the internal training needs of the company, and confirm the needs together with the superiors directly under the company;
· 3. Assisted the training supervisor to implement the company's training plan, and followed up the feedback after the training;
· 4. Contact various training institutions to handle external staff training;
· 5. Organizing training materials, developing and utilizing training auxiliary facilities
· Measurable: I intend to train 3-4 people successfully.
· Action-Oriented/Achievable:
· 1. Select suitable candidates as training objectives.
· 2. Give them the skills they need.
· 3. Find more practice opportunities for them and make them more skilled.
· Realistic/Relevant:
· Because each person's personality is different, the training method needs to be adjusted according to the personality of the trainees.
· Time-based: I plan to start when I get an internship and will be finish my goal in 2 years.
