Analysis of a Problem and its Solution
One important concept that I am aspiring to work on would be how to formulate a business opportunity or idea from an everyday life issue. In this case, I have a proposal based on one grocery shopping. I have thought of a way of providing a consumer with an online reliable grocery shopping platform, which will also supply the foodstuff at their residential area. There are several problems or inconveniences faced by many people in their daily routine of shopping. For instance, traveling to buy groceries wastes time and requires one to wander down the grocery aisles to go and make a purchase (Mkansi & Emmanuel-Ebikake, 2018). Also, the behavior of many people to buy groceries creates jams in the shops, which also consumes time.
Since many individuals do not like wasting time and spending energy queuing to purchase foodstuffs, I propose to create an online shopping platform, which will operate 24hrs 7 days a week. The online platform will involve timely delivery of bought products to one’s doorstep. This is an excellent opportunity for a novel business venture aiming to serve a society made up of many employed people (Mkansi & Emmanuel-Ebikake, 2018). Technology use is high in all parts of the world. This has made members of the community have access to electronics such as phones and computers. The availability of these electronics will assist in ensuring the success of my solution as the ordering process will be made possible, comfortable, and user-friendly. Current online grocery shopping platforms do not deliver all the goods that a typical grocery store can offer. I plan on revolutionizing this opportunity for everyone to use.
