ACT: Advocates for Community Transformation

ACT is founded on Christ’s challenge to pursue justice on behalf of the oppressed. Our mission can be summarized as follows: By representing inner-city residents and mobilizing volunteer lawyers, ACT supports the ongoing efforts of community leaders and the City of Dallas to hold the owners of crime-ridden houses and abandoned properties accountable. Our vision is for Dallas citizens to experience and be empowered by the transforming presence of Jesus Christ through safer more stable neighborhoods, free from crime and urban blight.
