Second level: Safety and Security Plan for a Specific Event staging
Type and name of Facility	Swimming pool facility safety and emergency plan action
Name and Type of Event	Beach District Conference Swim meet will be happening in the high school facility will be which will be expecting a crowd of 7500 fans.
Event Overview	The event date will be on 10th February 2021 and the same will be happening during the day from 9 am to 6 pm. The number of spectators who are expected to attend the event will be on an average number of 7500 people. The team’s spectators have a history of rivalry in the past years, and therefore this will also be expected too and. In the past years there have however been no issues happening during this games since the situations on the rivalry have always been handled best.

Contact-	There will be the need to monitor all the entrances to the event and all people coming in should be inspected not to carry any kind of weapons to the event, also some security footages should be put at specific places where threats can be monitored at an early stage and neutralized too.
Medical	Athlete trainers. Contact- First aid companies and personnel. Contact-	This should always be in place not only for the threat that may occur but also in helping to treat players if they do get injuries in the field, they should always be on standby.
Maintenance	Custodial staff Maintenance personnel Grounds	All this will be needed in the event, the custodial staff will be needed to provide a high level of cleanness in different areas, the ground people will and should always maintain the shape and state of the grounds.

Third Level : Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
1. Command Chain	1. Chief police inspector 2. Chief medical inspector 3. Professional swimmers The work of the chief police inspector will be to coordinate all security measures put in place and coordinating all actions that will be taken if a security threat presents itself. The chief medical officer will be coordinating all medical issues in the event, from the first aid to the serious medical issues. The professional swimmer will be coordinating the whole swimming competition and analyzing competitors as they swim and see if there are any threats and report and act on it.
2. Emergency Procedures	The person who will be responsible for scene assessment will be the chief police inspector, he/she will be the one on the lead on the command chain, the chief medical inspector will be leading the immediate first aid he/she will be responsible to calling 911 and at the same time producing emergency equipment and incoordination, with the chief inspector he/she would be showing the EMS the scene and ensuring the crowd is controlled.
3. Professionals and Personnel Specific Duties	The main role of medical staffs will be to deal with all medical issues that will arise, that includes from minor injuries to serious ones. The police, on the other hand, will be the ones managing the security threats that may arise e.g. fights and other things the security administrators with their technologies will be monitoring the state of the event from every corner using CCTVs, the staffs on site will be used to make sure that cleanness is good and also that the activities are running smoothly.
4. Emergency Equipment and Supplies	First aid kits should be present, food supplies, and also swimming kits and suits.
5. Emergency Transport	The facility will solely provide the transport but for the medical issues and transportation, the ambulance company named above will provide for that kind of transportation for the same. The facility has different entry and exit points and therefore the transport system will be able to access the facility in and out easily.
6. Post emergency Documentation Report	The facility is responsible for the security of the people coming to the event and therefore the facility should make sure that everything is working in harmony so as everything runs smoothly. Other things that will be needed will be fire extinguishers.
