Part II: The students identify, assesses and demonstrate the integration and ethical application of the values of the program and its implementation of the NASW code of ethics in programs policies regarding social and economic justice, diversity, discrimination, and oppression. Understanding the social work values of the profession, the students assess how the values are incorporated in the agency’s programs, mission statement, and policies addressed in the agency’s policy manual and web site and marketing literature. The students describe the implementation of the agency’s policies and applies critical thinking in interpreting them through three types of program evaluation: process, outcomes, impact goals and objectives. Students apply the research findings and different types of program evaluation in culture competence that promotes human rights and social and economic justice in agency and program.
