Due May 13

For your major paper, you have the option of writing this paper. You do NOT need to wrote two major papers, you only need to write one. As we are discussing motivation this week, and if you feel that you want your major paper to be on motivation, please feel free to write this paper instead of the major paper on leadership styles. 1. Analyze your own language to determine how you are being powerful and un-powerful in your communication.

1. How can you become an influential leader by using the techniques in Chapter 8? Use material to answer this question that you have not used in the previous questions.

Your paper should be 11- 12 pages long. It should be written as a college paper; meaning that it should be double spaced, spell-checked, with correct grammar. It should include 6-8 academic citations sources and should be formatted using APA 7TH edition.
