Shopping in modern social is necessary. Because circulation of money can develop the market, varied purchasing habits are showing on our daily life. Today, e-commerce is become more and more popular. In other words, many people are starting to shop online. The electronic service dimensions in business enable companies to attract more customer purchases online since it improves service delivery to customers. In addition, there are many global companies doing online retailing, and consumer are more prefering to buy high quality product from different country. Compare to the past, the process mode of e-commerce and traditional retail have big differences. No matter online of offline, attracting consumer is never simple. Therefore, the strategy of how to hold the consumers become a challenge of companies. This research paper study the topic which is Aim to the issue of attracting consumer. Changing consumer’s purchasing concept is to a great extent depends on companies’ conduct, for example, to improve the respect, social responsibility and service quality are the important elements of building a trust to consumer. On the one hand, for normal consumer who buying product from their own country, safety considering, personal trustworthy and character are the decisive factor of purchasing behavior. On the other hand, for cross culture consumer, the determining factor are the culture behavior, purchasing concept, and value (Kuma, 84). The purpose of the research is the purchasing behavior on e-commerce of consumers. Meanwhile, it also analyze the countermeasure, which is made by companies, for cross culture consumers. The effect of globalization on E-commerce

Global consumer’s trust is (deleted the) importance of e-commerce. E-commerce is popular now. Because the communication and operation on the internet are not transparent, It cause a the trust problem between consumers and companies. Companies adopt many processes to gain customer’s trust. Pavlou, A. P. & Chai, L believe that “the trust of consumers supports them to purchase online, and it is a significant element of consumer’s behavior” (242). In addition, trust creates a positive effect which can encourage consumers to do the purchasing activity. In other words, some companies are creating or forging trust to incite consumer to purchase. It changed consumer’s purchasing habits indirectly in some way. For example, companies can tell the lies, which are asset status, the history of a company and the performance of their products, and it (delete will) create an illusion which affects people to prefer to this type of company. Even trust problem affects the relationship between consumers and companies, the internet experience of global consumer also changed consumer’s shopping behavior. According to the statistic which is made by Pavlou & Chai, it shows that the Chinese and the Americans are having at least 3 years of the online experience (245). It is possible to identify people good at internet have more confidence to purchase online. However, a recent credibility investigation discovered that the year, age, sex, education, and annual income influence the trust of consumers. Pavlou and Chai also explore that difference in societies can affect the application of online shopping (250). In conclusion, shopping behavior is affected by many aspects of human’s feature. The progress of connecting with consumer

Building interest of consumers is a significant part of developing of the market. Because individualism is being more and more general nowadays, companies are more paying attention to individual benefit than before. Building a respectable brand perception can absorb more consumers and receive more positive comment for them. Singh, Sanchez, and Bosque show that ethical and social problem may have effects which are evaluation, recommendation and brand loyalty on companies (598). In other words, a respective company can earn more public supporter to build the prospect. In addition, choosing a credible or reliable company is the first choice for the common customer. The society changed customers ' factors of consider which is credibility instead of packaging. Singh, Sanchez, and Bosque also indicate that companies are affecting consumers to be interested in corporate social responsibility (598). In other words, consumers are increasingly concern about company’s social responsibility because of the competition of reputation between companies. Thus, an efficient way to connect consumers and companies is to attract consumers through developing the company's social responsibility.

To go much further, the interest of consumers has many different effecting factors, and the one of them is Cross-culture. Cross-culture affects the interest aspects of the consumer. Rawwas claim that different culture is one of the most significant element which affects ethical decision (599) Consumers in a different country has various life habits and consuming methods. Since the global company has a responsibility to resolve the problem produced by cross-cultural, they have to explore more strategies to develop the diversity of their own products. The problems of cross-cultural may cause by different habits. Singh, Sanchez, and Bosque emphasize that because consumers have effected by the country where they born, the living habit, value, and behavior are different from other country. (599). In addition, different social environment also changed their life and purchasing habits. Pavlou and Chai believe that individualist prefer to follow their own will, and collectivist want to keep the relationship between consumer and company (250). For example, the people who live in a collectivist system easier to purchase in a conservative way, conversely, individualist prefer to spend money arbitrarily. Pavlou and Chai notice that People in people who live in an older country have more forced feeling than people who live in a younger country (249). Thus, cross-culture is a significant issue the company must face. Transform global people can start from changing the cage confinement of people’s thinking.

The significance of service

Service quality is a significant element of exploring potential consumers. It is well known that service is the most important, and it plays a crucial role in business. In addition, service is affecting consumer’s purchasing mentality in many industries which are catering, sales professional, and online shopping. In the catering aspect, people are highly laying emphasis on the service of a restaurant, and the poportion of the importance between foods and service is preferred to the second one. Also, the decisive factor of purchasing a product is the communication between seller and customer. Therefore, workers in sales professional are more regard as the service. Online shopping is the most popular shopping method. The information what consumer can receive are entirely from the communication with customer service and pictures on the internet. Therefore, people have no choice to acquire more information from the seller. It cause service to be a significant element of online shopping. Kumar demonstrate that the visitor recency of online system is depends on the satisfaction of customer (88). In other words, as an internet business, they must be able to locate and comprehend the values of consumers. Thus, having a satisfactory service can control the loyalty of consumers.

In addition, Quality of service is a part of commercial responsibility which gains the trust of a consumer. To build a commercial responsibility, communicating with consumers to a great extent please them (Singh, Bosque &Sanchez, 600) Improve the service quality helps a company to sell its products. In addition, service sometimes can equal to the advertisement. For example, good service always conceals the insignificant and inferior aspects of a product. Diehl and Cheistiaans claim that the Dutch emphasize functional appliances and storage space (506). In other words, companies can emphasize the function and storage when they introduce the product which actually has good quality but not having an advantage in these aspects. It does not mean deceiving to consumers but giving more confidence to them. Thus, having an eloquent service is the important element of gaining more consumers and gaining more loyalty to consumers.

In conclusion, service quality and trustworthy are the significant elements of for attracting consumers. The advantage which is establish on credit and responsibility can change perspective between consumer and company. Thus, it changes their purchasing habits. This research paper point out that it is possible to gain the confidence of consumer through different strategies which are improving social responsibility, respect, and service quality. E-commerce is the tends, and it is attracting more supporters and consumers to the market. Sustainable development is extremely important to a company, so whether the how difficult the problem is, company has to find out the corresponding countermeasure to fix it. As a result, e-commerce will be getting better.
