You provide a pretty well created letter/assessment discussing your leadership and team facilitation approach to implement the clinic's diversity project. Overall you achieve a Proficient level of evaluation or better in most all of the grading rubric criteria areas except one with some good content and outside research support. Still you did not identify a health care leader you aspire to be like and discuss similarities and difference of this person's to your leadership style in a section of the letter/paper/assessment. Finally, you provide good writing mechanics, structure and APA formatting in your letter/assessment just see my feedback below in the last rubrics criteria area and in my review of your paper.
