Assignment: Client Referral Letter

Scenario:

A female who has been married for 10 years and has three children. About a year ago, her husband came home and told her that he wanted a divorce. He won’t return her calls and stopped paying child support. She started raising the kids right out of high school, so she has never had a job. She is not sure she could even handle a job when she has three kids at home.

Husband has not paid child support for three months. Child support orders is getting put in through the system.

Client is now receiving food stamps.

Client has three children ages 11, 8 and 3

Client wishes to start college classes therefore is requesting assistance with child care for the three year old.

Client's parents have been helping her with the children
