1. What is the definition of the team? (Chapter 7, page 82)
a. A team is a group of more than one people that come together with a different personality to work on a certain project.
b. A term is if a group of more than one person in an organization who interact one on one to work on a particular goal
c. A term is defined as a composition of people with different skills, knowledge, experience and different personality which come together to effectively work on improving the product.
The right answer is (c) this is because a team should be focused more on attaining the output goal of an organization, as such; there should be the composition of varied skills, knowledge, and experience. Option (a) is not relevant as a group can consist of incompetent people alone. Further, option (b) is only composed of personality contrary to skills and experience then output.
2. What are the qualities present in an effective team? (Chapter 7, Page 83)
a. The quality presented in efficient teamwork includes strong leadership, coordination, and mutual trust and respect. The team is considered effective if the group members are compatible and consist of different skills and knowledge.
b. An effective team is composed of more than one member who is comfortable in each other’s company and can work on realizing the goal of an organization.
c. An efficient team is the one that is highly competitive.
