1 Profession and Personal Growth Executive Summary Indeed, the company is a living system.  It has a regime and departments that important uttermost performance, coordination, and integration in order to realize the ultimate intents of the organization which tend to be cost minimization, sustainability, as well as profit-making among many others. 2 Through conducting of a study on the organization made me to be in a position to gain immense understanding, knowledge, as well as expertise regarding the company and its systems during my MBA course.  3 The above is factual as all through I analyzed and assessed exceptional cases that enlightened my intellect.  2 For instance, the case analysis on organizations, understanding the strategy playbook, analysis of the core competencies and skills, as well as, criticizing and recommending a course of action towards analyzed organizations.  Similarly, I gained more understanding on the leadership and management frameworks and more so how they contributed in influencing the performance of the organization.  In consequence of the above elucidations, this paper mainly focuses on providing a summary of my MBA course as well as the influences it tends to have on my professionalism and my personality as a whole.

2 Discussion My MBA course work has played a pivotal role in my career as well as personality as a whole.  4 It has enabled me to be able to gain insights related to numerous aspects that depict the organization as a living thing.  Also, it contributed in enhancing my understanding regarding the fields which are related to the Human Resource, Diversity, and Ethics. 4 Moreover, it enabled me to pinpoint future strategies that businesses ought to engage in to enhance the performance of the business and its sustainability.  Basically the course work has improved my knowledge and understanding when it comes to organization management, leadership strategies and other aspects that contribute in ensuring that an organization is able to perform excellently and be more productive. Also it the course work has provided me with knowledge and understanding on how to analyze a business and determine its weak areas and be able to develop strategies which will assist it to be strong and remain competitive in the market.

HR Roles and Responsibilities Human Resource tends to be the spinal or the central control of the organization. The Human Resource department is essential in the organization because it develops plans and strategies regarding how the organization is going to run (Hendry, 2012). If the Human department is affected by a particular issues the entire organization is also bound to be affect by the same issue. 2 Regarding the issues in the Human resources (HR), it tends to be one of the most vital departments of an organization.  The Human resource department focuses on ensuring that the employees are provided with a suitable working environment and it also it ensures that the employees are meeting the goals of the company. 2 In general, the human resources department handles hiring, training terminations, federal regulations, benefits of the employee, and anything employee connected.  5 The most critical part of their job is based on the workforce.  2 The functions of an HR expert are to make sure that all workforce population is provided with fair as well as equitable treatment and that the requirements of the company are balanced against the needs of the workers.  The everyday jobs as well as roles of the Human Resource department are fundamental focused to achieving the business’s success. Therefore, this department must be robust as well as adaptable since the business setting is continuously changing in regards to aspects such as globalization, diversity, technology, e-business, and moral values. The department needs to have a team that has a vast knowledge, open minded and diverse to ensure that the organization is able to keep up with the rapid trends in the business world.

Diversity Diversity is another essential aspect in every organization. Through I was my MBA course work I was able to gain more understanding regarding issues related to diversity and the significant role it plays in the organization’s productivity as well as performance. Diversity may be regarded as the difference individuality of the employees in the organization. 2 This may include age, beliefs, race, culture, leadership, sexual orientation, and other related aspected.  The role of the organization in diversity is extremely important because, as, for example, every employee must be treated reasonably.  Diversity is particularly significant in a global business.  Organizations through there HR ought to undergo cultural-based Human Resources Management teaching to enhance their capabilities to motivate professionals that are highly experienced but ethnically diverse.  In addition, Diversity is functional as it creates mentor programs which enable the employees to be able to relate with other employee from different cultural background. Diversity in an organization also enables the workforce population to be able to embrace the differences between them and the different ideas which enable the organization to perform better.

2 Ethics and Culture Ethics entail a set of beliefs that an individual or a business tend to have.  4 Certain beliefs or principles can change over time, so the organization and HR need to update its strategies on a constant basis.  If issues emanate, they will be capable of attending to them proactively and spontaneously.  1 Business and HR leaders can model and influence behaviors through leadership and create corporate practices core competencies that trim down unethical business practices even while building their firms to be more competitive in the marketplace.

Recommendations For the case studies that I worked on about J.C. Penney, I was able to realize several business strategies that the organization had not employed and how the overall performance and productivity of the business was negatively impacted (Hsu, 2017). For instance globalization and e-business, the above will enhance the performance of the business to a higher notch. It is always essential for the organization to always prioritize the needs of it client population to be able to create a competitive advantage over its competitors, the organization management should understand that for a business to run it has to meet the needs of its clients and also employees should be provided with an opportunity to grow and meet their individual goals besides that of the organization.

2 Conclusion Human Resources Management, leadership, ethics, competencies and core skills shape the business to a living being.  3 Moreover, the trends and economy are continuously changing, and the organization and HR professionals as a whole must be adequately skilled to undertake these responsibilities.  2 Therefore, I recommend that business come up with strategies to enhance globalization, e-business, technology, diversity, as well as ethics the above will ensure that the business performs overwhelmingly.  Since globalization enhances more diversity and on the other hand technological advances enhance more utilization of e-business.
