There are regular errors in the calculation, or report goes largely unsupported by evidence, or terminology is regularly misapplied, or evidence that IS used goes unattributed.

The report doesn’t appear to be getting evidence from any sources, or makes no attempt to attribute them. No attempt to use correct terminology.

Organization

The report has no organization whatsoever.

Completeness

The report thoroughly and thoughtfully addresses each of the required elements as laid out in the instructions. The reader comes away with a complete, if succinct, picture of the finances of the org.

The report fails to address one or two of the listed elements for each of the target organizations.

The report is missing three or more of the elements listed as required in the assignment instructions.

The report makes little or no attempt to cover what has been asked.

Mechanics / Grammar
