Hold an emergency meeting to discuss about how to handover the work.
Reassign the remaining members and establish a new video team.
Learn some shooting and editing skills in advance (new video team).
Report the crisis to unit leader, deliver our sincere apology about the emergency and ask her for advice and assistance.
