Conclusion
The findings showed that before the exercise men ( n = 108) had a low heart rate (M = 80.39) compared to female ( n = 92, M = 81.77). However men had a higher confidence interval at both 95% and 99% confidence level, 95% CI [88.81,91.75] and 99%CI [88.34,92.22] compared to female at 95% CI [80.49,83.05] and 99% CI [80.09,83.45]. The exercise led to increased heart rate among both male (M= 90.28) and female (M = 91.23). The results also show that an increase in confidence level increases the confidence interval. Thus, 95% confidence level has a small confidence interval compared to 99%.
