Introduction
The main purpose and goal of this specific memo is to serve as an assessment and an analysis of the document that has been provided that seek to discuss the different ways in which a meal can be made healthy by having a balanced diet in it. The document in this case intended to provide important information on how to make a meal healthier by reducing certain contents of a meals such as fats, sugars, salt and sodium by considering taking up other healthy alternatives. The memo in this case will therefore look at the document and identify the effectiveness that the same has in explaining how to make one have a healthy meal by considering different alternatives that helps in that.
Summary
Generally, the article is not only helpful in a way that it provides information on healthy eating and ways to reduce ad balance certain components of a diet, but also this article specifically plays a very significant role in the process of ensuring that it does provide tips that one can use in the process of ensuring that this is achievable. In as much as there are less visual demonstrations in the whole article, the language and the options that one has been given to achieve the same results in terms of having a balance diet is very easy and also the language that has been used to communicate the information in the same is easy to understand. Additionally, the document in this case is very accurate and has been organized in a way that it can help the reader to easily follow up in any areas of diet that they think that they need more information on and choose on the different options and alternatives that have been provided in the same.
Professional Appearance and Accessibility
Looking at the way in which the information in the document has been organized, the information is visually appealing to the eye of the reader, however there is still room for improvement as the article can be made more appealing by adding some other visual cues that might make the article to be even more interesting to read. The pages in this article are very plain and this is the case because there is less graphics that have been used in explaining and demonstrating the dietary options and explanation to the subject. However the fonts and the other sizes and colors that have been used in writing this article seem to be more good as they help in ensuring that the reader focuses on the contents of the article rather than being confused with too much colors and alternating fonts in the document. The organization of the paragraphs also is very good as it helps one to follow through the document without getting tired. Every segment has a subtopic that is bolded and this

specifically is very important as it helps the reader to be aware when they are transitioning from one idea to another and this specifically helps in ensuring that they do not get lost in the process of reading and mixing up information that is different and applying it to another context that did not suit the information. Every segment addresses a different topic i.e. every segment deals with a different diet aspect such as fat, sugar, vegetables etc. and this kind of organization helps a lot in ensuring that the reader is able to follow through the document being aware of what they are reading at what segment.
Clarity and conciseness
Generally, the document in this case is very precise and concise in its contents and specifically how the information is presented makes it even more concise which makes the information to be even clearer. Each paragraph has its contents and this are bulleted to ensure that the reader identifies that important topics and information as they move across different lines and paragraphs. This is specifically very important as it helps one to follow through the document and identify the areas in which the need to focus on, that is, if a reader wants to focus on fats as an area of their diet that they want to learn more, this is easy to identify.
With the information being precise and concise, the information that is still covered in each line and paragraph is still sufficient, in a way that, the information provided is enough to make one understand what that is being covered in the said paragraph or line and therefore making one have an easier time when it comes to choosing different options that they would like to take as alternative to make their meals healthier. At the end of the document, the writer specifically adds a section that explains what an ideal healthy meal should be and also the dietary guidelines for the Americans. This is specifically very important as it gives one a broader perspective of what guidelines that have been placed by the government that helps in achieving a healthy diet in any meal.
Accuracy and honesty
Looking at the provided document, most of the information that has been provided appear to be very correct especially in terms of the contents and the way in which one can use different tips that will help them in mitigation and coming up with way which they can improve their dieting habits. In as much as the information provided is true, there is less information that is used to back up the claims and the tips that are provided in the process of advising people to use them. Less information is provided by the guideline that can help one use and know that the proposed tips and ideas are true and can be used to generate the needed out comes when it comes to healthy eating. The tips are however not confusing since the information is very direct and the things that have been proposed there can be achievable. The tips and the alternatives that one can carry out to achieve the results that are needed are things that can be easily gotten and can be implemented also easily by any person who is interested in any of the mentioned tips. For example, one of the easiest things that have been proposed by the document that helps in reducing sugar is by drinking sparkling or pure water instead of soda, sports drinks and the other bottled during options. This is something that is really achievable and can easily be implemented by anyone and therefore this makes the propositions made in the said guideline to be achievable and easy to implement.
Comprehensiveness and correctness
In addition to the easiness of looking and reading through the document, this also does provides very useful information that helps in answering the question as to what is considered to be an ideal

healthy meal. The document is organized in a way that it takes the reader step by step in helping them achieve a healthy diet. The section also at the end of the document provides more information that one can access that would help one have more information on how to have a diet meal. Any person who is seriously considering to achieve and have a healthy meal, the document has all that one needs to achieve this goal. There are also no grammatical or spelling error throughout the document which shows that the writers of this document were professionals who knew exactly what that they were doing and therefore made it easy to achieve it.
Conclusion
Looking at every aspect of this document I feel that it has met the needed standards of excellence. Even though there are certain areas that do need some changes, generally the document is very informative and professional and this makes the document to be very effective to use and apply in any situation. There is no doubt that any person who is interested in making their meals healthier by reading this document will definitely achieve their goal. Generally, I am very satisfied by the way in which the document has been organized, every aspect and area has been clearly labeled and this helps the reading process to be easy and grasping the information to be even easier.
