Introduction

The purpose of this memo is providing information about Pediatric care to readers and answering questions of parents who may be skeptical about certain things regarding their children. The artifact provides a lot of information about pediatric care enough to explain how pediatric health benefits children. It also explains the care workers for the ones interested in pediatric nursing and about the health concerns and goals for children. This memo will identify the effectiveness of this artifact explaining pediatric nursing care.

Summary

Overall, this artifact provides specific information about how important pediatric care is in children’s lives. It describes how they make sure to have the kid’s families involved as well since they are as important to their kids. This document gives clear and accurate information.

Professional Appearance and Accessibility

Upon glancing at this artifact, it was very informative, but could improve on minor things. For instance, it gave background information about families which is great, but I was looking for more information on pediatric care. Doing so would help many feel more comfortable putting their children through pediatric care and it’ll help students studying this field gain a lot more knowledge of this field. Real life examples would help readers understand more about the topic.

Clarity and Conciseness

This artifact is very well organized with how all pages are number and each paragraph has its own topic as well as research included. It’s very easy for the reader to understand what pediatric care is and how important it is for families to be involved. It talks about care workers and how dedicated they are to make sure children get the best care they can get.

Honesty and Accuracy

Each page contains information put into tables or definitions of complex key terms in this field. As someone who wants to pursue this career, I was able to gain knowledge over this information as I realized this information was based on research done. The target audience would read this and know how important pediatric care is due to all the research done and tables that were well put together to help us understand in a visual way.

This document was put together by professionals and it shows when reading how crucial this type of care is and why.

Comprehensiveness and Correctness

This artifact has been easy to read and look at but as someone who takes their child to a pediatric office constantly, everything in this artifact is true. I see how hard they work to meet my child’s needs as well as myself which is to see that my child is being treated with the best care. It is helpful that they provide the health concerns and goals for children. It helps the reader understand goals for children at each stage in their life. Also, students who study this field will gain knowledge of a child’s growth and what to expect when stepping into the field.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I feel this document meets the standards of the expected audience such as parents, students, or even people who care for children who may not be their own. Parents can easily find answers on how their child needs to be treated and what goals they need to meet. Students can find answers of how the pediatric nurses work and what it will look like for them. I like how each paragraph was labeled and easy to read especially with tables and pictures. This document was very informative and encourage others who either pursue this field or relate to read this artifact too.
