There is nothing our generation needs help with, I think they need to realize we are adults and are valuable workers. Create a good working environment like they should always be doing. No. I think some values conformity and conservative values, while even further back it was about work ethic. Give them room to learn but dont leave them blowing in the wind. Gen X isn't as reliant on technology as Gen Y/Z because they didn't grow up with it so they don't feel the need to be always connected. Embrace technology.
